Had a great experience with Tryaksh recently and I've also made purchases in the past. It's great to see that their level of service did not go down over the years. They were very responsive for messages. As someone who prefers doing business over messages it was a great convenience for me. They kept me informed and updated about the status of the order. Kept their word regarding the delivery times and I'm overall very happy with the purchase and the customer service received. Great customer service and after sales support. My PS5 had an overheating issue within the warranty period and he was able to fix it for me super quickly at no charge. Truly the best in the business no doubt.

Bought Ghost of Tsushima, all other stores had it for 17k and here it was only 14k. Thought it might be pre-owned but they send me a fully sealed new CD pack. Delivered within 30 mins by Pick me flash. Totally 14,500. Hence 5 star.

I ordered a PS5, and it was delivered the same day. The owner is friendly and explains everything clearly. After reaching out to several other stores for a PS5, I found that Tryaksh store is the best. They offer fast delivery and quick response times. This is an excellent online store! The team is very friendly, knowledgeable, and provides outstanding communication throughout the process. A store that sells premium items for usually the best bargain price compared to the rest. Few years ago ordered a Sony WF-1000XM4 and today a PlayStation Portal. Both were received in perfect condition, and almost like the cherry on top they've sealed the box quite nicely for it to survive a delivery on bike in these rainy days.
Communication was swift through WhatsApp.
No cons to mention so this store would definitely deserve 5 stars!

I only visit TRYAKSH for all my console and pc gaming needs. You call also fix your controllers and consoles which are broken as well. Almost anything is available here too. Highly trusted place. Highly recommended.

Recently I bought my PS5 from Tryaksh. Gave me a super and fast service. Actually I bought this with-out visit their store. I did the bank transfer and they sent me the package with in 24 hours to Matara. Going forward I am buying more games from Tryaksh and recommending to anyone to purchase console games from them.

It's a smaller store but still has everything you'd expect.they had a bigger selection of action figures and used games.The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all it's a good location.

Visited this place because my ps4 had an issue where it turned off automatically once you turned it on, the person running this shop checked immediately and told me the issue - he replaced the part for me and it worked normally. He does a good job and he has a good knowledge about consoles therefore he can give you advice on how to maintain your console. He's the only person out of the three places I called in Colombo who offered to check the issue immediately instead of leaving your console at their repair shop for days.

I got to know about the place around end of 2019, where i was looking to buy a PS4 and a TV. At the time this was the only place that i was able to find that gives great offers on both TV and a PS4. At first i was skeptical about buying a TV and PS4 from 3rd party seller but eventually i gave in and bought PS4, TV and bunch of games. So after almost 3 years every equipment i bought still working very well without any issues. Also, i bought rechargeable fans, induction cooker and recently bought my PS5 as well. So really recommend this place. And i wish best of luck for the future of the business too 👏.

It was a hassle free online shopping experience with expedited shipping. (delivered to my doorstep within few hours of purchase). Owner / Staff member was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable of the products they are selling. Highly recommended. I would gladly buy again without hesitation.

I bought myself a rechargeable light and fan. The fan came in pink unfortunately but it’s a very good product and highly recommended.
Their service is very good. Delivery was made the next day!

Very reliable and flexible shop. The payment was made from Malaysia and it wasn’t included in their website. I called them up and within minutes malaysia payment method was available. Also super fast same day delivery even thought it was in a weekend. Highly recommend these guys for all your gaming needs.
